$80,000 - $115,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the process of identifying their financial goals and developing personalized insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with our team to design and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported at every step.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance portfolios to ensure they align with their evolving needs.
• Lead educational workshops and seminars to empower clients with knowledge about financial planning and insurance options.
• Utilize our advanced tools and resources to streamline processes and improve service delivery for clients in the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta area.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive growth.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and career progression.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer needs, identifying new opportunities for innovation.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experiences.
• Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
