ResourceMFG is looking for a English / Spanish Recruiter to work with one of our partnering manufacturing companies! Shift Information Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Must be flexible to come in early or stay later as needed Pay $20.00 – $25.00 per hour Recruiter Job Duties could include Create and post job advertisements Make phone calls daily to find and follow up with job seekers Interview potential candidates Conduct facility tours Complete new hire paperwork with new employees Introduce new employees to company/supervisors Enjoy working with and helping others Comfortable making large amount of phone calls daily Proficient in Microsoft Software Previous recruiting in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required Bilingual (Spanish/English) #J-18808-Ljbffr
