We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and fun-loving individual to be responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our staff and facility while helping create a "home-like" ambience.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain appropriate resident careAssess current and prospective residentsParticipate in care conferences with familiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory bodiesHire, train, and supervise clinical staffFollow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policiesNeeds to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program, RTasksQualifications:Current state license of a Licensed Practical Nurse.Knowledge of standards of nursing practice and awareness of standards for compliance with state and federal regulations.Understanding of the assisted living rules and regulations and/or willingness/capability to learn.Professional and courteous to all residents, families and staffPrevious experience supervising staffPassion and drive for helping othersEdgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing pre-employment screening.About Edgewood: Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992.
