Responsibilities As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating and managing service calls for our technicians. Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling appointments Assigning technicians to jobs based on location and expertise Ensuring timely responses to customer requests Communicating directly with customers and service personnel, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during service visits Maintaining records of service calls, tracking job progress, and optimizing routes to enhance efficiency Your work will ensure customers receive prompt, effective service, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
