Route & Schedule Strategy:

• Time on the Road: 5 days out on the road followed by 2 full days at home.
• Earn More Flexibility: Optional choice to extend your time out on the road if you want to stack your paychecks.

Salary & Financial Package:

• Starting Base Pay: $0.76 CPM.
• Weekly Gross Earnings: Average of $1,600 to $1,900 per week.
• Solo Volume: Expect consistent dispatch tracking at 2,000 to 3,000 miles every single week.
• Accrued Vacation Time: 1 week of paid time off after 1 year of service; 2 weeks of paid time off after 2 years.

• Lodging & Food: Provided to the driver.

Driver Requirements:

• Must hold a valid, current Class A CDL license.
• Solid, safe driving record (all safety backgrounds are reviewed during the initial screening process).
• A dependable, safety-first attitude on the road.
