- Practice Setting: Primary Care / Family Practice
- Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed, ongoing
- Reason for Coverage: Provider departure
- Interested in: Locum or Locum-to-Perm
- Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level II
- Will You Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? Yes New Jersey license required
Schedule:
- Day shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- No call, no inpatient responsibilities, no ED backup
Required Procedures:
- Adult outpatient care
- EKG interpretation
- Disability exams (occupational medicine)
Supervision:
- Not required to supervise other healthcare providers
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
