Some travel may be needed.Job DutiesResponsible for the coordination of contract resourcesActs as a liaison between ONCOR electric delivery and various contractor resourcesAs-Built for material and log it for reconciliation purposes for billing and calloutsSchedules clearances night or day with DSA’sWorks with the DOC for reclose requestsResolves issues and answers questions from the field related to construction and maintenance projects, service orders and MWMFields contacts from contract crewsPromotes safety in work place for contractorsAssign projects to contract crews in ACIS for billingAbility to learn and manage employer and client software such as WMIS/DIS, Mobile TC, Maximo, and Smart Grid Reports.Working with coordinators to provide updates and ensure timely completion of projectsEnsure proper construction practices are followed to minimize costs, ensure all environmental laws and procedures are followed, verify proper permits are obtained for construction activity, verify construction practices comply with all prescribed ordinances, company policies, governmental regulations and the electric service guidelines, and communicate status of projects to interested parties as requiredCapacity to coordinate numerous projects over large geographic areasWorking storm restoration as neededKey Competencies: Safety Consciousness, Organization, Works with Minimum SupervisionBenefits OfferedJ&S Inspections Company offers a competitive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD/Life, FSA, 401K, paid holidays and PTO.RequirementsCandidates must have knowledge of Overhead and Underground Distribution practices and comprehension of construction specifications.Basic computer skills.Good driving record.Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenOSHA 30 preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr J&S-Inspections-Compan
