Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Client Interaction 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the installation process. 
• Provide clear, consistent updates to ensure homeowners feel informed and valued every step of the way. 
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, reflecting our commitment to integrity and community. 

Project Management & Quality Assurance  

• Oversee roofing, siding, and window installations, ensuring all work is completed according to contract specifications. 
• Conduct thorough inspections using job start, progress, and completion checklists to maintain organization and efficiency. 
• Take ownership of quality control, ensuring all installations meet or exceed the company’s high standards. 
• Foster teamwork and accountability among crews to uphold a shared sense of responsibility and pride in delivering superior results. 

Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire for professional and personal growth. 
• Knowledge of roofing terminology and basic construction processes. 
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a strict adherence to those standards
• Experience with industry-specific software or tools. 
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.

Education / Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in the roofing/construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing/siding/window materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Requirements: 

• Full time
• Must be in office location, Western Mass and on site with clients
• Ability to work early morning and evenings as needed
• Pay range: Base salary + bonus opportunities
