In this vibrant and fast-paced environment, you will oversee the daily operations of our full-service restaurant and ensure that guests receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Train staff on proper food preparation techniques and compliant alcoholic beverage service. Implement and uphold kitchen safety protocols and health standards. Supervise front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Assist in staff scheduling and performance management. Requirements Previous experience in a management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
