We help customers across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon personalize their auto, home, and life insurance coverage while making sure they understand their options and receive every available discount.

I grew up in South Carolina and earned my BS in Business Management from the University of South Carolina before relocating to the Seattle area in 2007. Outside the office, I enjoy landscaping, DIY projects, studying aviation, and spending time with my family. Serving others is important to me — I’m actively involved in my church and passionate about giving back, including supporting families impacted by flooding in our area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joel Hensel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
