Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) JobSiteCare is a physician‑led company providing on‑site medical support for construction sites. The Health & Wellness Specialist serves as an on‑site EMT/Medic, delivering injury prevention, first aid, and care coordination for site workers. About the Role Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction. Support comprehensive case management through patient follow‑ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination. Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on‑site staff, and healthcare providers. Serve as a resource for psychosocial support following a peer‑support model. Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including “stretch and flex” programs and ergonomic coaching. Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Maintain the on‑site medical facility, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adequate supplies. Collaborate with jobsite safety teams on orientations, trainings, and additional assignments. Ideal Candidate High school diploma or equivalent (required). Certified in BLS, CPR, and First Aid (required); EMT/NREMT preferred. 3–4 years of experience in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or a similar field. Adaptable, thriving in fast‑paced, independent work environments. Excellent communicator and team player. Valid driver’s license and able to walk the site up to 5 hours daily. Capable of lifting 25–50 pounds. Licenses/Certifications Driver’s License (required) BLS Certification (required) CPR Certification (required) EMT License (preferred) Pay & Schedule $23–$24 per hour, Saturdays 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
