Forklift Operator

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This position is primarily focused on safely operating forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stage, load, unload, and transport products throughout the facility. Candidates should be comfortable spending the majority of their shift on a forklift while supporting shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Move, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and quality
• Pick and verify orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
• Transport materials to support shipping, receiving, and production needs
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of recent forklift experience
• Experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Experience with order picking and RF scanners preferred
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

This is a warehouse position where employees spend the majority of their shift operating forklifts and moving product throughout the facility. Additional responsibilities include order picking, palletizing, loading and unloading trucks, and general warehouse support. The role requires standing, walking, and lifting as needed while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and productivity.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

This is a Permanent position based out of Sheboygan, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
