Summa Health is seeking a board certified/eligible OB/GYN to join our team. The selected candidate will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice of nearly 700 providers employed by the Summa Health System. The system had 5000+ deliveries in 2025, all of which occurred at the state-of-the-art Women's Center on Akron Campus. Our team of experts is committed to providing comprehensive women's health services for our community.

Opportunity Highlights

Level III, 22-bed Akron Children's NICU facility on Akron Campus
Academic appointment at Northeast Ohio Medical University, commensurate with experience
Epic EMR system
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain
Willingness to work in Akron and surrounding communities
Must be comfortable teaching and working with residents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment
