Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain one before starting
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates and ASHA-certified SLPs (CCC) are both welcome
- Familiarity with school-based IEP processes and documentation preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for student-focused teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP development
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment promoting student participation and progress
