Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain one before starting
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates and ASHA-certified SLPs (CCC) are both welcome
• Familiarity with school-based IEP processes and documentation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for student-focused teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP development
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment promoting student participation and progress
