Licensed Clinical Psychologist (W-2 or Subcontract), approximately 0.85 FTE)
\nRiverside Indian School | Anadarko, Oklahoma | On-site
\n \nCompensation: $70/hr W-2 or Subcontract option, estimated $123,000 per contract year
\nHours: 1,760 billable hours per contract year, averaging about 34 hours per week (approximately 147 hours per month). On campus during school hours, with crisis response as needed. Hours concentrate during the school year.
\nContract Term: 12-month base period beginning December 2026, with four 12-month option years
\n \nStart: December 2026 or January 2027
\n \nABOUT THE ROLE
\n \nChism Consulting Group is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide clinical mental-health and behavioral-health services at Riverside Indian School, a Bureau of Indian Education boarding school in Anadarko, Oklahoma serving Native students from tribes across the country. This is a clinical position, not a school psychologist position. The focus is therapy, DSM-5 diagnostic evaluation, crisis response, and treatment planning rather than IEP or psychoeducational testing.
\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES
\n \n▪ Provide individual and group therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, identity development, and behavioral concerns
\n▪ Conduct clinical diagnostic evaluations using DSM-5 criteria and prepare written clinical evaluation reports
\n▪ Provide real-time crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning as a member of the campus crisis response team
\n▪ Develop, monitor, and adjust individual treatment plans
\n▪ Consult with teachers, dormitory staff, counselors, administrators, and families
\n▪ Coordinate care with tribal behavioral-health providers, medical providers, and community mental-health agencies
\n▪ Deliver quarterly mental-health professional development sessions for staff
\n▪ Maintain confidential, HIPAA-aligned clinical documentation separate from educational records
\n \nREQUIREMENTS
\n \n▪ Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the State of Oklahoma
\n▪ Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis response, and culturally responsive mental-health practices
\n▪ Ability to pass a BIE background investigation and DCSA investigation prior to start
\n \nPREFERRED
\n \n▪ Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with adolescents
\n▪ Experience working in Native communities
\n▪ Experience in a school or residential setting
