About the Position

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years in ICU or LTAC License: Valid Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Experience with EPIC charting system Description: ICU LTAC experience is preferred. Charge experience is preferred. Travel experience is required. Candidates must have experience in managing complex patient cases. The role involves providing critical care in a fast-paced environment. Nurses will participate in the care and management of patients with life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must be skilled in the management of various medical devices and therapies. Critical thinking and quick decision-making skills are essential. The ability to float to other units is required based on patient census. A focus on infection prevention and quality patient care is expected. Nurses will engage in patient and family education as part of the care process. Continuous learning and adherence to updated protocols and standards are necessary.
