Role And Responsibilities The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. They develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, utilize various techniques and equipment, and assess patient progress. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, they educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management. Maintaining a safe environment and adhering to regulatory standards is essential, along with participating in quality assurance and professional development. They also assist in discharge planning and perform additional duties within scope of practice.
