Responsibilities

• Manage the daily flow of vehicles across our service and sales lots to keep operations running smoothly.
• Inspect vehicles upon arrival for service to document any existing damage or maintenance needs.
• Photograph vehicles and make sure everything is up to date listing wise.
• Ensure that our inventory is neatly arranged and easy to navigate for both customers and staff.
• Handle the transport of vehicles between the service bays, detail area, and customer parking zones.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the lot by keeping vehicles clean and properly aligned.
• Assist the service team with logistics during busy periods, ensuring vehicles are ready for pickup on time.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Physical stamina to spend the majority of your day walking the lot and moving vehicles.
• Basic understanding of automotive makes and models.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an automotive service or dealership setting is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow organizational safety protocols.
