We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. Shift Details\n \n Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts \n Shift Timing: 19:00 - 07:30 \n Every other weekend rotation required \n Some holiday shifts may be necessary \n Role Responsibilities\n \n Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Cardiothoracic Surgery Unit. \n Monitor and assess patient conditions utilizing advanced technology, including the NextStage CVVH machine. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. \n Engage in patient and family education regarding treatment plans and care practices. \n Qualifications\n \n Current RN license is required. \n Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are mandatory. \n Prior experience in a CVICU is required. \n Familiarity with the NextStage CVVH machine is essential. \n Experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable areas is preferred. \n Candidates must successfully pass a telemetry test prior to starting. \n \n If you are a qualified RN with the experience and dedication to excel in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID 38083321.
