Financial Analyst IV

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models including discounted cash flow (DCF) and project valuation models
- Analyze project economics, investment returns, and financial feasibility of capital projects
- Support structuring of energy services and capital investment transactions
- Evaluate risks and financial impacts associated with project financing and investment decisions
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial teams on deal structuring and execution
- Assist in contract negotiations and preparation of financial documentation for approvals
- Support funding strategy development including tax equity, capital leases, and external financing options
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support decision-making
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal financial requirements
- Support end-to-end deal lifecycle from analysis through execution and funding
Skills:
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, NPV, IRR)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex financial analysis
- Experience in project finance, energy finance, or capital investment structuring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess risk and evaluate financial performance of large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, commercial, and engineering
- Knowledge of financing structures such as tax equity and capital leases preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
- Ability to present financial insights to senior leadership
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or project finance roles
- Experience in energy sector, infrastructure finance, or capital project structuring preferred
- Strong background in financial modeling and investment analysis
