HR Service Center Representative

We are seeking an HR Service Center Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related questions and services. This role is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support while helping employees navigate HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other employment-related processes. Location: Liberty Park, AL Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave, and other employee services. Research and resolve employee questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. Document employee interactions, requests, and resolutions within HR systems. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate HR team or specialist. Assist employees with navigating HR systems, forms, and self-service resources. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and follow company policies and procedures. Partner with HR, payroll, benefits, and other internal teams to resolve employee concerns. Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve HR processes and the employee experience. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in HR, customer service, administrative support, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Comfortable working with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer-based tools. Ability to manage multiple questions and requests while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
