Data Entry Clerk

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys organized work, takes pride in getting the details right, and can stay focused while handling routine tasks. As a Data Entry Clerk, you’ll help keep our records accurate and up to date. You’ll work with different types of information, enter data into our systems, review your work for accuracy, and help the team stay organized. What you’ll do Enter and update information in company databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Review information for accuracy and correct errors when needed. Organize and maintain electronic and paper records. Compare information from different sources and identify missing or incorrect details. Handle documents and information with care and confidentiality. Help with basic administrative tasks and support other team members when needed. Communicate with coworkers to clarify information or resolve data-related questions. Complete assigned work on time while maintaining a high level of accuracy. What we’re looking for Strong attention to detail and a willingness to double-check your work. Basic computer skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and data‑entry systems. Good typing skills and the ability to enter information accurately. Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks without losing focus. Good communication skills and a professional, dependable attitude. Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member. Previous data entry or office experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
