In this role, you'll help lead daily operations, coach team members, and deliver an outstanding guest experience while working alongside your team. What We’re Looking For Previous restaurant or food service experience required. Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, organized, and willing to lead by example. Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Requirements What You'll Do Assist in leading daily restaurant operations. Coach, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service. Prepare fresh pretzels! Help manage food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and maintain brand standards. Assist Store Manager with scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and other daily/weekly reporting. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and operational goals. Help resolve guest concerns professionally and create a welcoming environment for every guest. #J-18808-Ljbffr
