As a 1st Shift Hourly Family Teacher at Mooseheart Child City & School, you will play a vital role in the Family Teacher Team dynamic, working collaboratively from 6 AM to 2 PM. Your primary responsibilities focus on ensuring the well-being of the youth in your care, which includes managing daily routines, overseeing paperwork, and maintaining an organized household. Your duties will encompass preparing nutritious snacks and meals, assisting children with preparing for the day, and providing transportation as needed. Additionally, you will administer medication as needed and help youth prepare for school, extracurricular activities, ensuring their schedules are balanced and enriching.
