School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: El Mirage, AZ 85335
Position Type: Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year

We are actively seeking a dedicated and student-focused Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in the El Mirage area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative special education team while helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with a variety of developmental, physical, and sensory needs

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Implement treatment plans focused on student-specific goals

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

What You Bring:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• A student-centered approach to therapy
