Senior-Focused Primary Care | Up To $300K First Year
Deliver relationship-focused primary care to adults age 65+. Practice in a value-based care model designed around qualitynot RVUs. Build meaningful patient relationships with longer appointment times. Work alongside an integrated multidisciplinary care team. Focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
Base Salary: $235,000 - $270,000. Total First-Year Compensation Up To $300,000+. Annual Performance Bonus Up To 20%. Commencement Bonus Up To $75,000. Relocation Assistance Available (50+ Miles).
Full-Time. Outpatient Primary Care. Care for adults 65 years and older. Average 12-15 patients per day. 20-40 minute appointment times. Collaborate with NPs, PAs, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, Pharmacy, Lab, and Referral Coordinators. Deliver preventive care while managing acute and chronic conditions. Participate in an integrated value-based care model.

Board Certified In Internal Medicine Or Family Medicine REQUIRED. Active Medical License REQUIRED. DEA REQUIRED. No Residents Or New Graduates. Geriatric Experience Preferred. HEDIS Experience Preferred. Value-Based Care Experience Preferred (Training Available).
