The role involves training in IVF equipment maintenance, andrology functions, endocrine testing, and phlebotomy, while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality control standards. Key Responsibilities Follow lab procedures for specimen collection, processing, and reporting results. Maintain lab equipment and ensure quality control. Adhere to safety and regulatory standards (FDA, CAP). Assist in inventory management and quality assurance data entry. Provide support for gametes, tissue, and embryo preservation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field. Minimum one year of relevant laboratory experience. High school diploma required.
