By bringing together several of the top home health agencies in the state, we have become one of New York’s leading providers with strategically placed offices that serve thousands of clients every day.*The **Intake Coordinator** will directly educate a prospective patient through the intake process leading to enrollment with **Always Compassionate Home Care**. This candidate will be handling intake for our White Plains, NY.This person will work closely with referral sources, account managers, clinical team, and provider relations to ensure all tasks are efficiently completed associated with the enrollment process.
