Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers an opportunity for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to manage and operate an inpatient pharmacy with full autonomy. The position is based in West Plains, Missouri, featuring an overnight schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, aligning with the facility’s operational needs.

Location: West Plains, Missouri (Inpatient Pharmacy)
Job Type: Contract (options for Contract to Hire or Travel)
Schedule:

• Wednesday to Tuesday, 7 days on/7 days off
• Weekday shifts: 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM
• Weekend shifts: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Perform final verifications on prescriptions
• Conduct immediate use compounding outside of the clean room
• Oversee and manage pharmacy operations independently, treating the pharmacy as your own

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Missouri Pharmacist license required
• Recent inpatient pharmacy experience, including compounding
• Proficiency with Meditech pharmacy system is a must
• Open to new graduates with recent inpatient rotational experience
