Pay & Benefits $22.45–$28.55/hour, based on experience Weekly pay Weekly 32‑Hour Program Long‑term project stability Fuel cost assistance Vacation accrual starting day one Paid sick days Comprehensive health insurance options Company‑paid short‑term disability 401(k) with company match Dental and vision insurance options Annual boot allowance (up to $200) Prescription safety glasses reimbursement (up to $400) Identity theft protection option $100 annual company store allowance Essential Functions Daily inspection of equipment for safe operation Fuel equipment daily/grease equipment daily Check tire pressure and add air as needed Complete maintenance tasks according to the manufacturer's schedule and in conformance with all maintenance and environmental policies Run parts Report issues to the Site Supervisor May perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor Required Skills and Qualifications Experience servicing heavy trucks/equipment/automotive Requirements Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
