Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will encompass both individual and relational therapy work. You will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Your tasks may include:

  • Engaging couples in sessions to identify and resolve core issues affecting their relationship.

  • Facilitating individual therapy sessions focusing on personal growth, coping strategies, and mental health resilience.

  • Addressing critical areas such as grief, loss, family conflicts, blended family challenges, and communication issues.
  • \n
  • Assisting clients with adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce while providing them tools for effective coping.

  • Supporting family dynamics and promoting healthier relationships among family members.
  • \n
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies to inform therapeutic approaches for a diverse clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will cater to a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents. You will engage in therapeutic work with individuals from various backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and family issues. Your understanding and sensitivity to cultural and socio-economic factors will be vital in providing effective support.

Qualifications\n

  • Active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a similar setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
