Restoration Cleaner & Packer

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Restoration Cleaning & Packing workers for a Westside company. This position involves cleaning, packing, and documenting personal and household items from homes or businesses that have experienced fire, water, or storm damage. This role plays a key role in helping customers recover their belongings during difficult situations. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Restoration

• Clean and restore household items affected by fire, smoke, water, or mold damage
• Use specialized cleaning products and equipment as trained
• Handle delicate items carefully during the restoration process

Packing & Inventory

• Pack customer belongings securely for transport and storage
• Label boxes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Photograph and document items when required

On-Site Work

• Work at residential or commercial job sites as part of a team
• Load and unload items from company vehicles
• Follow safety procedures and restoration industry guidelines

Warehouse Support

• Organize stored items in the warehouse
• Assist with unpacking and returning items to customers after restoration

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, moving, warehouse, or restoration experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Willingness to work in different environments and job sites

Schedule

• Monday – Friday (schedule may vary based on project needs)
