Human Resources Manager

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to support our Millington, TN operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and enjoys building structure, driving change, and partnering closely with business leaders to achieve results. As the HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, lead employee relations and talent initiatives, develop HR team members, and help strengthen HR processes that support a growing workforce of approximately 300 employees. This opportunity is well-suited for candidates who are comfortable navigating ambiguity, leading change, and influencing both culture and business performance. The need for a leader who can support process improvement, develop the HR team, and effectively partner with operations within an evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with operational leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution. Lead, coach, and develop onsite HR team members. Drive employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends and support business decision making. Lead organizational change initiatives and help implement process improvements. Support both hourly and salaried employee populations in a high-volume operational environment. Champion a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture. Qualifications & Experience Required 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience. Minimum of 2 years supporting operations in a field-based environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Demonstrated experience leading organizational change initiatives. Proven ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous business environments. Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and inspiring teams. Preferred SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience within logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, automotive, or similar operational environments.
