(Sr) Project Manager, Non-Interventional Trials Team

Project Manager position leading non-interventional clinical trials at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Serves as primary sponsor contact managing project scope, timeline, budget, and cross-functional delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between sponsor and organization on project matters
- Manage overall project delivery including quality, timeline, and budget accountability
- Establish and communicate customer expectations to project teams
- Drive risk identification and issue resolution at project level using RBQM frameworks
- Ensure team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
- 8+ years related experience in clinical trials project management
- Non-interventional trials experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity systems
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical development guidelines
- Strong financial acumen and project management principles (time, quality, cost)
- Advanced interpersonal and cross-functional team leadership skills
