The Hotel Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the hotel's revenue growth by managing sales efforts independently. This individual contributor is responsible for negotiating contracts, coordinating events, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities
Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize revenue and secure profitable agreements
Coordinate events to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Provide excellent customer service to support client needs and enhance hotel reputation

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in hotel sales
