About the Opportunity
MCL Talent Partners is sourcing motivated professionals for a leading national benefits provider expanding in Des Moines. Move from capped hourly or retail roles into a performance-driven career where your income is tied to your effort.
Daily Focus
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
- Help families with life and supplemental health benefits.
- Manage accounts, renewals, and long-term relationships.
- Operate with autonomy over your schedule and local book of business.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and empathy.
- Self-starter with a coachable mindset.
- Customer service, retail, education, or admin backgrounds preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
Job Highlights
- Monday–Friday daytime — Reclaim evenings and weekends
- Training: Complete onboarding + coaching + full licensing support

Compensation
- Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
- Target first-year range for dedicated reps: $45,000 – $90,000+ , depending on performance
