Overview
Registered Nurse, ICU — Travel assignment in Saratoga Springs, NY. Start date 08/24/2026 for an assignment measured in weeks with a Nights shift (3x12). Weekly pay range: $1,942-$2,072. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Setting: adult/geriatric intensive care unit in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care for adult and geriatric ICU patients, including ventilated individuals
- Monitor patient status, interpret rhythms, manage dysrhythmias, and respond to rapid responses
- Operate and care for ventilators (Servo/Hamilton) and manage central/PICC lines; administer blood products as indicated
- Administer medications and therapies per protocol, including IV insulin protocols; assess renal and hemodynamic status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (RT, PT, Pharmacy, Radiology, Social Services) and maintain thorough documentation in the electronic health record

Requirements
- Current NY RN license in hand (active)
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of current ICU experience (adult/geriatric), with ventilator and line management experience
- Proficiency in rhythm interpretation and dysrhythmia management; able to pass facility rhythm exams (Relias/onsite requirements)
- Ability to work nights, with weekend coverage; ability to float within skill set as needed; completion of required online orientation and Relias Healthstream modules by stated deadlines
- Flu vaccine (or documented exemption) is required; COVID-19 vaccination not required
