VP of Operations Affordable Housing & Resident Services
Columbus Housing
Housing Authority of Columbus, Georgia is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead housing, resident services, and maintenance across HACG’s portfolio. You will translate strategic direction into day-to-day operations, align cross-functional teams, and drive performance and compliance with HUD programs.
You will supervise senior leaders, build partnerships with stakeholders, and promote continuous improvement while maintaining responsible fiscal management and strong resident outcomes.
