BARISTA at UT Dallas (FULL AND PART TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for full-time and part‑time BARISTA positions at the University of TX – Dallas. Location: 800 West Campbell Road, Richardson, TX 75080. Pay: $10.00–$15.00 per hour. The position will be active during the FALL semester for the new Starbucks on campus, with morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities Prepare espresso and coffee orders using standard measures and recipes. Enter orders accurately into the POS system; accept cash and charge payments. Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies; maintain cleanliness of the service area. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and temperature of drinks; follow HACCP standards. Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils. Adhere to approved recipes and production standards for food preparation. Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during service. Clean equipment and workstations thoroughly before leaving the area. Greet customers courteously, interact to ensure satisfaction, and relay concerns to supervisors. Serve customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays. Explain daily menu items accurately and assist customers in the buying decision process. Merchandise display foods attractively and serve food neatly. Perform other duties as assigned.
