Key Responsibilities ⚙️ Workflow Automation & Integration Design, implement, and optimize automations using tools such as n8n, Make.com, and Zapier. Build reliable integrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, WhatsApp, CRMs, and more. Ensure automations are error‑resilient, scalable, and proactively monitored with smart error handling and notifications. AI‑Powered Development Develop AI‑driven workflows such as transcription pipelines, chatbots, meeting assistants, and voice‑to‑form solutions. Leverage APIs like OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, and Read AI to deliver intelligent user experiences. Fine‑tune, prompt, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for task‑specific use cases (e.g., summarization, classification, Q&A). Design and deploy AI assistants, recommendation systems, and intelligent search tools that improve user experience. Data & Reporting Systems Create and maintain data dashboards and automated reporting pipelines using AirTable, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, and Sheets/Excel. Ensure data accuracy and visibility across teams and projects. DevOps & Monitoring Deploy and manage AI models in production environments with continuous monitoring and performance tuning. Establish A/B testing and evaluation frameworks for AI‑driven features. Ensure cost optimization when running models and automations on cloud platforms. Collaboration & Documentation Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, map workflows, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Document workflows, integrations, and automations to ensure transparency, scalability, and easy maintenance. Specializations we’re hiring for AI Engineer – Recruiting Focus Build tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate‑matching to power full‑cycle recruiting workflows. Automate resume parsing, outreach sequences, and candidate communication. Create AI‑driven dashboards to track recruiting pipelines and hiring KPIs. AI Engineer – Marketing Focus Develop automations for content repurposing, campaign optimization, and AI‑driven analytics. Build chatbots and assistants to support lead engagement and funnel nurturing. Automate SEO research, social scheduling, and reporting pipelines for faster execution. AI Engineer – Client Success Focus Design AI solutions to monitor outsourced professionals’ performance, activity, and engagement. Automate reporting on KPIs, task completion, and client satisfaction metrics. Build early‑warning systems that flag potential performance risks or disengagement. Key Qualifications 2+ years of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate). Strong knowledge of API integration principles (REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON). Experience automating across tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, and CRMs. Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, transcription/voice tools). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to reliability. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and ability to map and optimize workflows end‑to‑end.
