Center Administrator - School of Medicine, Emory Autism Center

Direct the strategic planning and development of the Emory Autism Center Develop short- and long-term goals and objectives Plan and coordinate major administrative and clinical research activities, including grants and contracts, budget planning, financial analysis, and data processing operations Develop, monitor, and manage division operating and clinical budgets and financial performance Oversee forecasting and resource allocation Ensure fiscal stewardship across university and healthcare operations Serve as primary liaison between departmental leadership and external stakeholders to coordinate operations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with institutional requirements Coordinate and facilitate human resources activities for faculty, staff, trainees, and clinical personnel Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, employee reclassification requests, compensation reviews, leave administration, performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, separations, reductions in force, and other personnel processes Establish strategic goals, improve operational effectiveness, implement process improvements, and support growth initiatives Serve as liaison among faculty, staff, university administration, Healthcare leadership, and external stakeholders Prepare reports and presentations Represent the division on committees and workgroups within Emory and within the donor community Represent the program in national and international settings as needed Establish and administer policies and procedures May supervise staff Perform other related responsibilities as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to program work, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Seven years of related experience Two years of experience at a management level BCBA required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational effectiveness within healthcare and educational settings. Proficient in managing budgets, compliance, and human resources processes while fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
