About the role The Guest Experience Ambassador is an integral part of the Front Office Team and reports to the Assistant Guest Experience Manager. This department creates the first and last impressions for guests. The role requires a passion for delivering best‑in‑class service, creativity, organization, and the ability to handle challenging and unique requests.
