You'll help ensure business goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, and patient safetyThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving complex business challenges, and building practical compliance solutions in a fast-paced, highly regulated environmentWHAT YOU'LL DO:Serve as the primary compliance advisor to business leadersGuide healthcare compliance related to HCP engagements, commercial activities, medical education, grants, sponsorships, and third-party relationshipsLead compliance risk assessments, investigations, monitoring, and corrective actionsDevelop and deliver compliance training across the organizationPartner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations to proactively manage compliance risksHelp create practical solutions that enable the business while ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulationsWHAT YOU BRING:At least 7+ years of healthcare compliance, regulatory, legal, audit, or risk management experienceRequiredMedical device industry experienceStrong knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine/Open Payments, FDA regulations, AdvaMed Code, and related healthcare lawsExperience supporting HCP engagements, compliance investigations, audits, training, and risk managementExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence leaders and provide practical, business-focused guidancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:JD, MBA, MPH, MHA, or other advanced degreeCHC, CCEP, or similar compliance certificationExperience with surgical devices, medical education, or global compliance programsWHY JOIN?100% Remote within the U.SUp to 50% travel to company locations, meetings, and industry eventsRelocation assistance available for candidates who wish to relocateHigh-impact, strategic leadership roleCompetitive salary, bonus opportunity, and comprehensive benefitsApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
