Occupational Therapist
Surprise, Arizona

APN Staffing is NOW hiring for our client - School Occupational Therapist this is a contract long-term position, full time hours for the upcoming school year.

Hourly rate of pay is $73.34

General Job Duties:

Lead the process in development, implementation, and coordination of the occupational school therapy program
Screen, evaluate, the educational school program, transition planning, therapeutic intervention, and exit planning for students identified with or suspected of having disabilities that interfere with their
ability to perform daily life activities
Develop individualized programming based on occupational performance deficits in the areas of personal care, student role, interaction skills, process skills and play
Review outcome and modify intervention programs

General Job Requirements:

Current Arizona Occupational Therapist License
Bachelor’s degree in the area of occupational therapy/Master's degree preferred
Sensory Integration Certification preferred Company Description
