$75,000 - $105,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized insurance solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with integrity and respect.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success and business growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the best possible advice.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to review their financial plans and adjust as necessary.
• Utilize company resources and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.
• Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand your client base and brand presence in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients on our products and services.
• Ability to understand and align with clients' financial goals to offer personalized solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client interactions and sales processes.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry trends.
