We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets
Present products and services effectively, aligning solutions with client needs
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track sales performance and consistently meet or exceed targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
