The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, obtaining high-quality diagnostic images, and ensuring patient safety throughout the examination. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, excellent patient-care abilities, and experience working with PET/CT and SPECT technology. Associate degree or equivalent education in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited program. Previous experience working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist . PET/CT experience — REQUIRED. SPECT experience — REQUIRED. Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and radiopharmaceuticals. Knowledge of radiation safety practices. Excellent patient-care and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Candidates should meet applicable Florida and employer-specific licensing and certification requirements. Commonly requested credentials may include: ARRT(N) certification and/or eligibility, as applicable. NMTCB certification and/or eligibility, as applicable. Appropriate Florida state authorization/licensure where required. BLS/CPR certification , if required by the employer.
