DINING SERVICES DIRECTOR

Job Summary Working as a Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations for the NJ Jets Football Club. You will manage and lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure the food offered to customers is of superior quality. The annual salary range is $98,000 – $100,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments. Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver top‑quality food. Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account. Roll out new culinary programs. Preferred Qualifications BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred. Three to five years of foodservice operation experience. High‑volume production and catering experience is essential. Previous experience managing a budget. Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company.
