Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Associate to join our client’s growing team in Frisco, TX. This is an entry-level customer service job with training provided and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and in person
• Perform data entry, order processing, and account updates
• Process online orders, returns, warranties, and backorders
• Use computer systems and POS software to complete transactions
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
• Work closely with customer service and sales teams

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, office, or front desk)
• Strong computer skills, typing, and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Employment Type & Compensation

• Type of Employment: This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
• Compensation: $18.00 per hour
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
