Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:45am - 5:30pm Wednesday: 7:45am - 12:45pm About the Role Novant Health Rock Hill Family Medicine is hiring a full‑time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). As a CMA you will coordinate clinical care and assist providers to ensure safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective healthcare for patients across all stages of life. You will work in a fast‑paced setting, building relationships with patients and delivering excellent care. Qualifications / Requirements Education : High School or GED, required. Candidates must provide proof of current certification from an approved registry: CMA – American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) CCMA – National Health Career Association (NHA) RMA – American Medical Technologists (AMT) RMA – American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) RMA – American Registry of Medical Assistants (NHCWA) RMA – National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) RMA – National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP) AAH – American Allied Health (AAH) If a candidate is not currently certified, they must obtain certification or registration within the sixth month of hire and sign an education agreement. Experience : Previous work in a medical office, preferred. Licensure / Certification : Current certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire as CMA, RMA, or CCMA – required. Refer to Life Support Training Policy NH‑HR‑3096. Other Requirements : Current state driver’s license (Palliative Care Only), required.
